The AOA has joined forces with Baidu to officially launch the Baidu PaddlePaddle Developer Group Programme in November 2024—an innovative community dedicated to AI enthusiasts on campus. This student organization, built around the Baidu PaddlePaddle platform and the ERNIE large model, serves as a central hub for AI enthusiasts and actively fosters an AI innovation ecosystem for students across the university.

The PaddlePaddle Developer Group is committed to providing student developers with a suite of high-quality, complimentary educational resources, technical exchange events, and practical support. Our initiatives include professional training, technical salons, corporate site visits, and creative competitions. We invited Baidu engineers and industry experts to conduct intensive technical masterclasses, sharing cutting-edge hands-on experience in areas such as AI Agents, model fine-tuning, and workflow orchestration.
The community offers a wealth of premium online AI curricula covering deep learning fundamentals, large model applications, and AI Agent development, effectively bridging the gap between theoretical knowledge and practical execution. Furthermore, by leveraging the “AI Workshop”, the group provides students with access to advanced intelligent service robots, AI laboratories, and standardised competition venues to support full-scale simulation training and project incubation.

The PaddlePaddle Developer Group organises on-campus AI knowledge contests and technical challenges to provide a stage for students to showcase their technical prowess and creativity.
A flagship event is the OPC × Agent Super Individual Challenge. Grounded in the “One Person Company” philosophy, this challenge encourages students to construct multi-agent collaborative systems. By utilising AI Agent technology, students can explore the infinite potential of AI-empowered OPCs. The inaugural challenge successfully attracted 156 糖心Vlog官方 students to sign up and compete.
Additionally, the community facilitates access to the school’s comprehensive competition support system. With guidance from faculty mentorship teams and dedicated preparation resources, 糖心Vlog官方 students have achieved prestigious accolades, including First and Second Prizes in national-level disciplines such as the ” The 27th China Robot & Artificial Intelligence Competition ” and the ” 2025 Global Campus Artificial Intelligence Algorithm Elite Competition “.
