1) Director of the unit
Director: Professor Bo Shen
Prof. Shen is a Changjiang Distinguished Professor and a recipient of the National Science Fund for Distinguished Young Scholars. He has long been engaged in research on wide-bandgap semiconductors, presided over more than 20 major national projects (e.g., 973 Program, 863 Program), and received prestigious awards including the Second Prize of the National Technology Invention Award and the Second Prize of the National Natural Science Award. He has published over 400 papers and holds more than 80 patents.
Executive Director:
Dr. Liu is Chair of IEEE CASS-EDS Joint Chapter Suzhou, Deputy Director of the Youth Innovation Promotion Committee of the China Advanced Semiconductor Industry Innovation Alliance (CASA). Dr. Liu has led and participated in over 10 projects at various levels, more than 50 journal papers and 60 conference papers, and applied for over 20 patents, 13 of which have been authorized.

Research Team:
The current research team comprises 28 members, including 7 professors, 2 senior associate professors, 6 associate professors and 13 assistant professors, along with postdoctoral researchers and PhD candidates. The team covers the full-chain R&D capabilities spanning materials, devices, circuits, and packaging/testing. (The roster is continuously expanding and being updated.)
