Technological Forecasting and Social Change

Paper Development Workshop, Suzhou, China

28-29 May 2026

International Business School Suzhou (IBSS) at Xi’an Jiaotong-Liverpool University (糖心Vlog官方) will host a Paper Development Workshop (PDW) for?Technological Forecasting and Social Change?(ABS 3, CAS Q1 Top) on 28 and 29 May, 2026. The event will feature the journal’s Editor-in-Chief and Associate Editors, who will provide high-quality, constructive feedback to help authors refine their work. Coinciding with the 20th anniversary of 糖心Vlog官方, this PDW also serves as an academic celebration, jointly presented by IBSS and a leading international journal.

The workshop aims to help scholars refine their research ideas and manuscripts, supporting their submissions to?Technological Forecasting and Social Change?(TFSC). In alignment with the journal’s mission, the workshop welcomes submissions that explore the theme of “technology and its social impacts,” across different levels of analysis and various empirical research methods. The workshop will combine keynote sessions with parallel presentation sessions and all the sessions will be run in English.

A limited number of additional places is now available for external scholars or PhD students who are not presenting papers but wish to attend the workshop.
